• Citizens of countries where our services are prohibited are not eligible to register.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your username and password confidential. Baji77 is not liable for any transactions made by unauthorized parties. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, all members are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals will not be permitted until KYC verification is complete.

The following documents are generally required for KYC verification:

• ID Document: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Payment Method Proof: Screenshot or details of the payment account used.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. Baji77 may request additional information if needed. Failure to provide documents, or submission of false documents, will result in account termination.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum Deposit: Limits vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from Baji77. Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to process.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Baji77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Baji77 does not charge any withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.

6. Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Harassing other members or using abusive language.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

Baji77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

You may close your account at any time. Any verified balance will be available for withdrawal. Please note that bonus balances will not be refunded.
